ASCEND Consulting is led by an experienced management consultant with over 10 years consulting experience gained with several large Irish and multinational corporations including HSBC, Bank of Ireland, The National Lottery, INVESCO and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) / Halifax.
The Consulting Director of Ascend has led extensive organisation and business change programmes, addressing all aspects of change management from strategy definition and business case development, development of detailed plans through to the implementation of business change plans. He has a keen understanding of the business drivers for change in a range of industries, and always works with the client to agree the approach that best meets their specific objectives. He has successfully completed consulting assignments in several organisations including Bank of Ireland, An Post National Lottery Company, HSBC, Halifax / Bank of Scotland (Ireland) and INVESCO.
The Consulting Director leads a team of experianced professionals individually selected for each client assignment.
